very foul food rotten odor

I purchased this LG dishwasher in March 2023. Never owned an LG. It cleans the dishes. There was no foul rotten food smell till 2 1/2 months ago. We rinsed the dishes. Would do a dish cycle with afresh. I contacted Costco. They contacted LG. LG representative told me to put a bowl of lemon juice or vinegar in the dishwasher before calling them again. I NEVER had a dishwasher do that. My whole opinion of LG has changed and not for the better.

Been using for 2 month and it started leaking about 3 weeks ago. Havent been able to use it for 2 weeks now due to the leak. Been waiting on the LG repair guy to come fix the leak. Dishwasher did clean my dishes well. Just not happy with something that I just purchased and cant use.

I bought this in June. After I used it one time I could only get an error message. Now Im waiting for a repair company to call me and say when theyll be at my home to fix it. It will be two weeks Monday since they said theyd call me as soon as the parts arrive. Im not favorably impressed at this point.

So far so good. We own an LG stove LG Fridge and now an LG dishwasher. Our Fridge did need repair after a year but its running fingers crossed. We did not get the mounting clips with it. I had to call the manufacture / company to get the clips.

I bought this dishwasher a little over a month ago and I am very happy with it It is beautiful I like the silverware holder that makes sure your utensils are not spooned during the wash and I love the 3rd mini shelf at the top - very handy for small items. Also its nice that some of the dish dividers can be adjusted when you might have something extra large. Only disappointed a little that I dont think the drying options are that great the hot overnight dry still leaves some water on some of the glasses and bowls.

This is a second review after having this dishwasher about 6 weeks. I bought this dishwasher in mid July. It does the job but in retrospect I should have bought a different model This model has the settings on the front rather that at the top and I have accidently started the dishwasher several times by bumping up against it while cleaning the kitchen The cleaning of the dishes is okay but nothing special and cleaning time is rather long. I do have the say the extra dry setting does work very well and I am pleased with that function All in all it is a good product however in my opinion it is nothing special.

The request was for an honest review. This dishwasher is my first LG dishwasher and rates below my previous dishwashers. It is a quiet dishwasher. The racks feel cheap and are not laid out well. My glasses come out with a film on them and other glass bowls with any food on them are not coming out completely clean.

On off button sensitive when you are in front of it and rub controls turns on.Only 1 bad thing no adjustment feet for rear of machine adjust front to counter top for nice fit but then machine not level slight tilt to rear. and cannot access unit once in place?

I have had this dishwasher for a few weeks now. The dishes pots and pans cups and utensils are very clean It is very easy to use and relatively quiet. So far I am pleased with the purchase. I have one issue however and it is not with LG specifically. Why do almost all of the new appliances like dishwashers and washers and dryers take so long to complete their cycles? Im no spring chicken and I remember when these items could complete their cycles in half the time and they were clean. Just something to ponder.

I purchased this item as part of a complete kitchen set just after Memorial Day. To maximize rebates I had to select each appliance individually which required some effort as opposed to buying a predetermined set but we got what we wanted. The dishwasher itself is really quiet: just loud enough for me to know that its running. Its nice being able to raise/lower the middle shelf depending on what I need to fit in and the third shelf opens up a lot of bottom shelf room by removing the need for the silverware basket. Best of all the front panel control buttons dont show off fingerprints like the stove and microwave do. The instructions talk about downloading wash programs which is confusing as it isnt WiFi enabled would have rather had the unit programmed in advance but its working well for my needs.

We bought this dishwasher to match our other LG appliances. It does a great job in cleaning our dishes. We like the top rack for utensils and the stainless steel interior. Right now though we have been unable to get our dishes completely dry. We have tried all the settings available to no avail. I have checked and rechecked the drain hose for kinks etc. but all seems well. Right now we crack the door to aid in drying but I would love some assistance from LG on how to solve this problem. Overall we like our LG appliances.

Bought LG dishwasher 18 months ago and loved it for awhile. The flashing warning light came on and it was the direct drive motor. This part has a ten year warranty so I am very surprised it went out after 18 months. Even though the part is covered the labor is not and it has been over three weeks and still waiting for LG to fix it. Ugh.

The dishwasher cleans the dishes well and its pretty quiet. The racks are not designed well as this doesnt hold nearly as many dishes as our old cheaper brand dishwasher. The bottom rack also slides out of place very easily which is annoying when its full of breakable dishes.

We bought this to coordinate with the other appliances for our kitchen remodel. I love the way it looks. The adjustable racks are very handy. The bells can be a little annoying but there is a feature to turn them off. We usually run it on economy setting which takes almost 3 hours. Dishes dont get dry on any setting so far but were still discovering how to use it.

This is a beautiful unit but it leaves my dishes drenched Zero drying The unit is quiet as a mouse and the dishes come out near perfectly clean BUT after the cycle is run the dishes are SUPER wet I have to open the unit to let the dishes dry because Im afraid bacteria will grow in all the water. Even after drying for a full day I still have to use a dish towel on some pieces but its better than hand washing the dishes

We replaced our old dishwasher because it didnt clean well and was so loud that it set off our car alarm in the adjoining garage Well maybe a slight exaggeration. The new LG is very quiet and cleans well. Installation was a breeze. Top shelf may be great for others but I removed it easily to accommodate tall glasses.

First problem was that it would stop working mid cycle and all the lights would start blinking on the touch panel. Just blinking on and off. Then Id have to turn it off by unplugging it multiple times in hope it would reset and start again. Second issue is a plastic orange piece that is connected to the bottom sprayer keeps falling off. The last problem is the AE light comes on which can mean too much soap but I followed the directions to use less soap but it did it again. This has been the worst experience with an appliance I have ever had.

I bought this dishwasher less than a mopnth go. I have only run two loads since installation. The first was the Turbo wash with minimal dishes as reuested in the user manual. Dishes came out clean but still wet. The second load was a full load. It was run with additional heat and with the night time dry cycle. Dishes came out clean and dry. I am still learning to use all the features so this review is a little premature. So far I would say I am pleased with it it runs quietly and does the jpb of cleaning the dishes.
