I like being able to support a local business. The staff work as a team to support customers - even if they are not your salesperson. Delivery guys, Will and Caleb, did a great job communicating about the delivery. They also went above and beyond to get my washer/dryer unit up to our 2nd floor laundry room. Extremely respectful staff! Jeff Lynch- Thank you for being customer centered.

We have been shopping (buying) from Jeff Lynch for almost 20 years and have bought over 20 Items. We don' t even bother looking anywhere else. We haven't had anything even close to a bad experience. Their delivery and installation crews are also top notch. So My wife sent me to buy a recliner that she had sent me pictures of. They had only have a million on sale right now! Bridget Baker weaved her way through salesmen and asked if she had recently helped my wife pick out a sofa for our daughter's new apartment - Bingo! She also helped FaceTime my wife in Alaska to look at fabric samples. Piece of Cake! Which is just how I like to shop. Thank you Bridget and Thank you Jeff Lynch for coming through again. Too bad there aren't six stars! I am grateful to be able to write this review.

After lots of research on appliances for our home, all roads led to Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center. A quick phone call to the store connected us with John Woodard. John patiently answered all of our questions and followed up with phone calls and texts. We placed our appliance order over the phone with John, after never visiting the store. However we did visit the store after our appliances were delivered to meet John in person, to shake his hand and personally thank him. John was as warm and welcoming in person as he was on the phone. It’s refreshing to know that this level of customer service still exists. Our new refrigerator, washer and dryer were recently delivered to our new home by Michael Foxworth and John Berg. Their professionalism and attention to detail cannot be overstated. Michael Foxworth and John Bergs customer service was equally representative of the service you can expect from Jeff Lynch. This was our first purchase from Jeff Lynch Appliance and TV Center, but certainly not the last! Highly recommended!

We first went to Jeff Lynch 12 or 13 years ago and were very satisfied with our purchases, so when it came time to move again, we went back to Jeff Lynch for our new house's appliances and furniture. We are very happy, once again. The items we purchased are exactly what we wanted and the service was excellent, from Ethan in the showroom, to Kevin and James, who delivered everything. Outstanding!

We had Frank Lopez as our customer representative. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and timely when getting back to us with answers to our questions. We ordered multiple things including mattresses, televisions, etc. The delivery guys, Dale and Apollo, were also great. They had to maneuvere our hilly driveway and bring these items up 2 flights. They were friendly, careful with our purchases, and helpful. A plus services!

We just had delivered our new washer and dryer. We had a great experience with our sales person Warren and our delivery guys Dale Johnson and Apollo Wonex. Appliances are never fun purchases so it was really nice that everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was even better that Dale and Apollo didn't get a single scratch on our walls, floors, or stairs. Very impressed!

Jorge Monzon was friendly and very helpful and made the purchase of the Speed Queen washer & dryer seamless. Tim Wooten and Walker Hill were very efficient, courteous, and delivered the appliances the NEXT DAY! All in all, a very refreshing experience and I highly recommend Jeff Lynch!

I apologize in advance for this lengthy review. I’ve been a customer of this company for decades now and have never had a bad experience doing business here. But I’ve never felt so compelled to give a personal shout out to the employees I‘ve dealt with. Until now. I want to call attention to the two men who delivered my latest purchases. I only know them as Jason and Hunter. It turns out that my staircase made the delivery extremely challenging. There was absolutely 0 wiggle room. The guys looked grim as they measured and warned me about how close it was going to be. Then squared their shoulders and focused on figuring out their strategy which succeeded beyond all expectations. There was no damage of any kind to my house or the appliances. They were modest about their accomplishment and seemed embarrassed by my appreciation. Such fine work ethic is a happy thing to see. Conscientious, humble men are alive and well. They just don’t like to blow their own horns. So I’m attempting to do a little of that for them. Here’s to Jason and Hunter! Thank you for your careful work and the encouraging example you showed me this week. You lift us all up.
