We purchased a sectional and had the best experience from start to finish. Our salesperson was Jonathan Smith. I’m not a spontaneous buyer, and he was so considerate and patient, not pushy at all. Very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better delivery guys Kevin and Rick were so careful unloading and unpacking the product. They were kind and professional. They made sure everything was set up perfectly and working before leaving. Although it was later in the day and they still had another delivery, they made me feel like I was the only customer of the day. I will highly recommend Jeff Lynch to others.

On Saturday, July 18th, late afternoon I went to Jeff Lynch looking for a new washer and dryer for my new apartment. I was on a hurried deadline as I had been involved with the closing of a house, packing, downsizing, and deciding what furniture/appliances were needed. My family and I had been customers of Jeff Lynch for years and were satisfied with the quality of their goods including washing machines, televisions, etc. The salesman who assisted me was Jarrad. He was very excited and knowledgeable about the appliances. I told him what I insisted on and he truthfully told me which brand would meet those needs , but left the decision to me. Then, he guaranteed a Tuesday delivery date. On Tuesday, I was contacted by Mazio informing me of when he and his partner, Patrick would be there. They had other jobs booked in 3 towns in NC but were definitely going to set up my washer cone rain or shine. They brought a heavy washer and dryer to the 4th floor of my apartment, refused to leave until everything was set up perfectly. They were polite and professional and careful with the appliances. So, if you're looking for good customer service, professionalism, and where you state what you want and need and each person goes the extra mile for you, Jeff Lynch appliances is the best!!! Kevin and Rick at Jeff Lynch came to my home on time this morning and made my day! They removed my old clothes washer and installed a new one. They were efficient & courteous, explaining clearly initial directions for use & provided the new User Manual. Kevin even went above and beyond by cleaning out our very dusty, clogged dryer vent. Lucas met us on the floor with a friendly smile, answered all of our questions, and followed up with us after the purchase too. Having purchased numerous appliances from Jeff Lynch, They continue to be my go to for all my appliance needs. Alex Raines is a great Sales Representative, and always makes sure my needs are meet. Their install teams are also top notch. Most recently Patrick and Justin set up a refrigerator for us, taking extra care to make sure doors were aligned and the water line was sealed. I highly recommend this company for their products, sales, and installation.
