We've always received grest service at Jeff Lynch, but today took the cake. Our refrigerator went out, and with a baby in the hosue we needed a replacement ASAP. Lucas was incredibly helpful, and got us a new refrigerator same day. We bought the fridge at 1pm, it was delivered to our house by 2:45pm, and completely installed with the old fridge taken away by 3:30pm. Cannot speak highly enough of Lucas and Jeff Lynch overall.

When you hear a name that represents integrity, professionalism and pride that seeks for customer satisfaction; that name is Jeff Lynch and the employees that display these characteristics. From the beginning of my search for my 3rd refrigerator, I had a happy experience. My experience with this establishment started on a Saturday and before the week was done, I was enjoying my new refrigerator. I talked to Kallen on Saturday over the phone and a 2nd time on a Monday (Memorial Day) and he was kind and helpful in guiding me to what I needed. I then met Joe Jordan, " Mr. Let's get what you need and make it HAPPEN "!!!! We explored your wide selection of refrigerators and found the best fit for my home. JOE was nice and knowledgeable about the product and he made the experience less stressful and accommodating the entire time. My mom was shopping with me and we felt like Joe cared about the immediate need and for that we are grateful. My experience continued with the delivery and I know we deal with time constraints with deliveries. I was called by Jorge C. when to be expecting the delivery and once they arrived around the time, Jorge and Justin E. got busy. They were respectful of my home and Jorge explained about the product. And let me tell you, Jorge is a measuring master!!! Also there is something to be said about driving skills and Justin is a great safe driver. The cleanup after the set up was good and Jorge shared with me regarding continued maintenance of my refrigerator to keep it functioning properly. I was so happy to be served by 4 of your excellent employees. Please keep this going with the employees I had the pleasure of encountering and Jeff Lynch's legacy will last beyond 2051. Being in business since 1951 can Only last with the caliber of employees I had my purchasing experience with this week. Thank you and God bless!!

I want to thank Patrick and Robert who delivered my furniture this week. It was hot and not easy to put all those items together, and their efforts should not go unnoticed for their professionalism. From Jarrod who sold us all of our new home furniture to the Patrick and Robert delivering the furniture, I was extremely impressed with the Jeff Lynch organization.

My experience with 2 recent purchases at Jeff Lynch was excellent!! I commend Bridget for professional, personable and knowledgeable assistance. Also the young man who helped me with purchase of washing machine was courteous. I must also commend Jorge and Justin for the entire delivery process. They were extremely professional, courteous and patient. I could not have asked for a better experience. Your products are always top quality but it is more important to acknowledge that your staff is also top quality!!!

Yesterday Rusty Gibson and Justin Engelby delivered a chair to my home. They were right on time, friendly, and went over and above what they were supposed to do. They helped move some furniture around and repaired a chair (purchased from Jeff Lynch). I've purchased many things from Jeff Lynch and will always go there for anything else I need. Besides the great variety, it's the people who work there that I really appreciate (Diego Montes is my favorite). Keep up the good work!
