Just bought an adjustable base from Jeff Lynch. Chris Pole was very good, courteous and knowledgeable at helping me choose the right base for me. The delivery people Will & Westley were absolutely great at moving my old base to my moms room and making sure everything was perfect in both rooms. Other mattress companies just do the minimum and leave but Will and Westley went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. WOW! All I can say. Our refrigerator broke down in the middle of the night and we visited two big box stores. Neither could deliver same day. Thus, we landed at Jeff Lynch. We worked with Chad who was an incredible salesman. He was attentive to our needs and helped us find a fridge that we needed. He also coordinated for us to have same day delivery and installation. The delivery team, Wes and Michael, were fantastic! They took extra care to make sure they didn't scratch any surfaces in my house. All in all, we arrived at Jeff Lynch at 9am. Had a fridge purchased and delivered/installed by noon. What an amazing experience! We'll be back for any future appliance needs!

Best appliance purchasing experience ever! Visited the store late morning, found the refrigerator that met our needs (on sale too)and it was delivered early afternoon! I recently purchased a Speed Queen Washer & Dryer online with Jeff Lynch. The sales team (Jonathan) was very quick to contact me (within a half hour of my purchase) to help schedule delivery. The appliances were delivered 2 days later. The delivery team (Britt and Al) was very responsive, providing frequent updates for arrival time on the day of delivery. They were very friendly and very respectful of our home as the removed our old washer & dryer before installing the new ones. I wish there was a six star ⭐️ rating. I came in on Friday late afternoon clearly stressed that I was in need of a medical lift chair to aid my elderly mother with her issues. WOW! What an impressive company to work with. From the time we parked in the nice, clean parking lot to receiving our two new mattresses, an outstanding experience. Diego was a wonderful salesman and extremely helpful in the shopping process. Excellent customer service and explanation of the delivery process. Explained the timeline and what to expect as far as scheduling the delivery. I was contacted by the store to let me know the delivery date and I would be contacted that morning for the delivery window. On the day of delivery, I was called to let me know the window of delivery time. Ten minutes before the delivery was made, I was contacted again to let me know they were nearby. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jeremy and Wesley, both of whom were well dressed and extremely polite. They thanked me for my business and were extremely careful as they brought in the new mattresses and removed the old ones from second story bedrooms. Not a mark on the walls, nor any dirt left on the floors. They ask me again if I was satisfied with the products and their service, which was a big yes to both. Upon leaving, they thanked me again for my business. Extremely professional men! I highly recommend Jeff Lynch and I certainly will return when shopping for appliances, electronics, bedding, or furniture.

We were referred to Jeff Lynch through a family member. We were looking to buy a Flexsteel reclining couch. There aren't too many places that carry Flexsteel so we had to travel almost 2 hours to Jeff Lynch. It was worth the trip and the extra delivery fee. Frank Lopez helped us find our couch almost immediately and worked with us to get the couch and love seat delivered. He was helpful, professional and friendly. David Wilson (sales) was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping me decide and select new furniture for my living room. I chose the Palliser fully reclining chairs which could be put together in different configurations depending on how I want to use them in my living room. The two men (Britt Pfeifer and Sutton Mullens) who delivered and set up the six Palliser recliners that I had ordered took great care in placing and setting them up as I showed them where to put each one. Afterwards, they explained and demonstrated how the functions on the chairs worked. They took all the trash from the chairs with them, leaving only necessary paperwork and a big smile from me as I am delighted how my new reclining chairs look in my home!

The assistance from Doug helped in selecting our new mattress. The delivery was scheduled and adhered to. On the delivery day Justin and Michael called to inform they were on the way. I called the appliance section at Jeff Lynch first thing Monday morning after our washing machine quit. I knew exactly what brand I wanted & Joe said even though they were out of stock on the floor room, he would speak to his manager and see if they could get one delivered same day. 30 minutes later, Justin called to set up a delivery window (1-1.5 hours not 4 hours). Justin Shelley and Rusty Gibson got our old washer out & the new one in like lightning. To boot, my husband was taking the opportunity to clean out our dryer vent & couldn't get it connected well & Justin stepped in and fixed it for him, though it wasn't part of the "deal". So, from the call in at 9:30 am, I had a new washer in my home by 11:50 am. Lightning fast, easy purchase-couldn't ask for better. Joe said he'd do all of the warranty set up for me so we'd be in the system. Literally, the only thing I had to do was give my credit card info and a Speed Queen was at our doorstep!!!

After visiting a few "big box" stores, in search of a new refrigerator, we were very happy to see the many options at a variety of price points at Jeff Lynch Appliances. Salesman, Joe Jordan, was a tremendous help with expediting the purchase and delivery, due to the fact that our refrigerator at home had broken down that morning. We were able to get same-day delivery! The installers, Britt P. and Caleb A. were extremely professional and careful with the removal of our old refrigerator and the installation of the new. We were also in search for a new cooktop, and Joe. J. was very knowledgeable and answered our many questions. We found exactly what we were looking for, thanks to his help! When my refrigerator died on me I went straight to Jeff Lynch appliance store. Even my salesperson Tony spotted my determination to find exactly what I needed when he said “you look like you’re on a mission!” I had my measurements and my list of don’t wants and wants and he took me straight to the refrigerator I ended up buying! It fit my space my taste and my needs exactly! On top of all that Jeff Lynch was able to get my Frigidaire delivered the next morning! From the moment I entered the store I was greeted by the nicest gentleman asking how he could help me. His name is Rowdy Harden. This was my first time to ever visit the Jeff Lynch store and from this day forward this is where I will be shopping for all my appliances and household items. Mr. Harden was so helpful and walked me through the process of purchasing a new refrigerator based on my needs and likes. First, I'd like to say this was an absolutely perfect transaction. I called the store and was transferred to the appliance department where my call was answered instantly by Joe Jordan. I was in desperate need of a Double Wall Oven which needed to fit in an existing cabinet, that was an odd size. Joe was informative and knowledgable, giving me options based on availability and the features I wanted. He found my first choice, well within my budget, and in stock. We set up the installation for 2 days later. The installer, Mike Linsky, called to give me an estimated arrive time and was spot on! He was here on time and assessed the necessary cabinet alterations. They were very mindful of dust and debris, making sure nothing was left. He also tackled other issues we had in our home and needed attention. I was so impressed, I asked him for his business cards to distribute to my friends. Joe Jordan is our product specialist - and we couldn’t truly ask for better. I met Joe when I began my search for new appliances when starting a kitchen remodel. Joe walked me through multiple brands but didn’t try to sell me the most expensive. He found out what I wanted and offered me three full packages. We ended up with the Cafe collection; fridge, wall oven with Microwave, induction cooktop, double door dishwasher, and I even bought two of the new GE all-in-one WD combo units. When we finally received our products they had to sit in our garage a bit to finish the remodel before install. After installing them all we had issues with the dishwasher and cooktop. GE service techs are not quick to get on the schedule. I text Joe and he was on it fast. Got me setup and had a tech out in two days. We still had persistent issues with the DW and the techs could not get parts. I text Joe this and within a day he was able to get an approval to replace the DW for us. Joe is ALWAYS responsive and easy to get ahold of. Even - I am sure - when he was off many times I was texting him. Go see Joe for excellent recommendations and after-sales service and support. He is our ONLY go-to guy now.

I was getting very frustrated about having to replace my kitchen refrigerator. After hearing allot of great thing about doing business with Jeff Lynch I stopped by after work. The showroom is really nice and well laid out and easy to shop. I was greeted by Joe Jordan and he got right to work finding what I was looking for. Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one. Heard about Jeff Lynch store through our neighbors. Wow!! Show room is amazing. A store for everything your home needs. Jorge Monzon was the sales person that helped us. He showed us a fleet of refrigerators. To be honest, we were overwhelmed. Jorge 's knowledge and patience with us got us the right one. The price was great too! Easy paper work, friendly atmosphere, and delivered next day. Great guy as well. Hunter Johnson and Daniel Hines (technicians that delivered refrigerator) were great at their jobs. They were extremely careful not to scratch floors and 10 star customer service professionals. We were looking for a dryer after ours had stopped working. My wife and I walked up to the store not realizing that it had just closed 5 minutes earlier. Joe opened up the door and asked if we needed assistance. Realizing that the store had just closed we told Joe that we were just wanting to check out their dryers and said we would come back when the store reopened. Unexpectedly, Joe invited us in and took us to the dryers and helped us pick out a new dryer, answering any questions we threw his way. We were out the door within 20 minutes with our new dryer shipping to our home within the next couple days. Purchased a dishwasher, and stove top and down draft from Jeff Lynch three weeks ago to replace existing ones. Keith Ashworth was great to work with, he was very helpful in picking out each appliance and had them installed within no time. He had planned it so that the installer would take measurement for the stove top and down draft when he came in to install the dishwasher. This was very important as I was replacing and existing appliances. Dishwasher installation was very smooth and efficient. Stove top and down draft installation took time, but the installer was very meticulous with the adjustments he had to make for new down draft. Had a great experience working with everyone involved.

Having recently moved to the area, I didn't know about Jeff Lynch, and unfortunately purchased a front loading washer and dryer, and a convection microwave from a big box retailer. HUGE mistake. The washer and dryer took several days to arrive, and the washer was badly damaged when it finally came. It should never have been delivered. I discovered later the dryer also exhibited some kind of tapping noise when the drum rotated. The big box folks informed me they'd replace the damaged machine, BUT they'd have to take the newly installed machine back to the warehouse before they could order a replacement. Great policy. So, instead of being without a washer and dryer for the 4 days I had already waited for delivery, it would now be another unknown amount of time before I could expect a replacement. After multiple phone conversations and a visit to the store, I told them to come and pick up BOTH machines, and to cancel my order for the microwave, which had still never arrived. THEN I learned about Jeff Lynch. Oh my word, what a totally different experience. Rowdy was knowledgeable, informative, gracious, and made everything so easy - AND stress free. The appliances were purchased on a Saturday, and delivered 2 days later. (!!!) The delivery/install guys were great, the microwaver installer was great - I just can't adequately express how vastly different this purchase was from the big box fiasco. Also noticed that some items like the washer hose cost considerably less from Lynch than from big box. Please don't make the mistake I did - go straight to Jeff Lynch for quality products, ample selection, reasonable pricing, great customer service, PROFESSIONALISM, and a totally pleasant, positive experience. My sincere thanks, Jeff Lynch.

Great buying experience with Chad purchasing a double oven and cook top range. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and resposive always returning phone calls and texts. After a bad experience with Costco logistics for a refrigerator delivery, I was ready to just have the job done right. I had heard about Jeff Lynch but hadn't tried them yet. It just so happens that they had the model we wanted in stock and was able to deliver the same day. The delivery guys were top notch as far as communication and care when installing. I will definitely buy my next appliances from Jeff Lynch. The difference is night and day regarding courtesy and customer service. Thank you!

Our landlord recommended Jeff Lynch when we needed to purchase a washer and dryer and we were astonished at the high level of service. Devon was our salesman and wasn't pushy at all. He merely asked us what we were looking for and showed us three options at different prices. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about appliances! They give their staff specialized training for their department. When the dryer arrived, we had mistakenly thought that it was broken since it was turning on but not heating. We were fairly difficult customers at this point since we were calling the store frequently and at one point walked in to ask to speak to the manager. They handled us with the utmost grace. The root of the issue was that our breaker had tripped; the dryer was actually completely fine. Alex Raines handled us wonderfully when we walked into the store demanding to see a manager (feel really embarrassed about that). Alex scheduled a delivery driver to come out and inspect the dryer and then Devon had GE follow up with us to diagnose the electrical issues we were experiencing with our power outlet. To any prospective customer: you're in good hands here. To the management team at Jeff Lynch: my wife and I cannot praise Devon and Alex Raines enough. They both created an absolutely amazing experience for us even as we made a mistake.

We've always bought our appliances/TV's at Jeff Lynch and been extremely satisfied. Today, Jeff Lynch exceeded our expectations. Woke up and found that overnight our refrigerator had died. Water on the floor and room temperature food. It was 11 years old. Talked to Warren Young at the store and he said he had 3 to look at that matched our requirements and size. He has always been great at helping us. Bought a new refrigerator and by the time we got home, we got a call that delivery was on the way. Charlie Jones & Mike Foxworth removed the old, set up our new refrigerator and explained how it all worked and by 12 noon we had a new refrigerator starting to cool. We highly recommend Jeff Lynch and the delivery team.

I came in with an idea and general colors, Jarrad M. not only made my first couch buying experience easy, fun, and over all just extremely enjoyable. He gave us choices for a package deal that saved us 377.00$ Replaced 4 kitchen appliances with a purchase on Thursday, delivered on the following Saturday around 11am! One delivery man pointed out dish washer had a dent,which was affecting travel on the top tray, he offered a discount or replacement. We chose replacement. He made a call and had another one by 2pm!! Looking for furniture, appliances, etc. and tired of those chain stores treating you just like a number? Well I recently had a wonderful experience at Jeff Lynch Appliances, Electronics, Bedding & Furniture store located at 17 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville. I wasn't followed around or pestered like other stores, but got accommodating service when needed. The salesperson Jarrad Maroney gave me his complete attention and useful decorative advice on what I was looking for. I was fortunate to purchase beautiful bedroom furniture, a living room area rug/pad, a sofa and he had it all delivered the following day! The delivery was right on time and the 2 delivery men Tim Jones and John Woodard were also excellent! They didn't mind wearing their masks nor using the booties I supplied. They carefully set up everything and cleaned up afterwards. Soon after, a Karen from the store called to thank me for my purchase. Jarrad also said he would always be available if I needed anything else. I am so happy and pleased with the entire transaction and will definitely return! Range replacement purchased Fri. night and delivered Saturday morning. After delivery, discovered range was not working properly so I contacted sales rep, Steve Hoffman who teamed up with the sales manager, Stewart Miller for quick action. From the description, they thought it may be an electrical issue. The install team (apologetically, I do not remember their names) came back out that afternoon - pleasant and with a smile - and were able to troubleshoot the problem - it was electrical. after AWFUL experiences in both home depot and lowes for appliances, we decided to try jeff lynch and WOW, what a positive difference! jeff lynch's team is polite, prompt and they understand how to keep a schedule and be respectful of time (unlike lowes, who is egregiously abusive of time, and who's complex process & lack of communication destroys the sale, and yields horrible buyers remorse!) i would need to write a book to explain the numerous problems that occurred from HD and lowes, but suffice to say i bought a refrigerator and warranty from lowes, they delivered a defective unit, and it is STILL HERE, STILL NOT FIXED, AFTER OVER 60 DAYS !! ** But here's what happened at jeff lynch: i showed up on thursday and the salesman showed me my choices, i decided and purchased on friay, and literally between 10-12 on saturday, i had my appliance!!! the sale was easy, no pressure, and the sevice FAR EXCEEDED the awful service from lowes and depot. IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS MY NEW MACHINE WAS IN MY HOME, RUNNING! jeff lynch HAS A TON IN STOCK! even in this time of covid and supply chain woes, you need to give jeff lynch a try- especially if you've been let down by the depot and/or lowes, like i was. Can you believe it's been over 60 days and I've still got a defective refrigerator from lowes - STILL NOT FIXED YET, BECAUSE LOWES SUCKS, AND DOES NOT GIVE A DARN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS?? All lowes cares about is your money, but once you pay, the service goes away!! Contrast that with the jeff lynch experience - in less than 48 hours our new washing machine was delivered and PERFECT. even the delivery window was 2 hours with Lynch, instead of 6 hours or all day with lowes (and in reality multiple days wasted, because lowes canceled/postponed 5 times before delivering a defective fridge!!) and even after delivering a defective unit w/ their "upgrade warranty" i still have a broken refrigerator in my house- BECAUSE. LOWES. SUCKS.!!!! Save yourself hassle, time, frustration and buyers-remorse. next time you need an appliance, make jeff lynch your first and only stop - i'll bet your experience is light years better than with lowes or the depot.

We were very excited about purchasing a new double oven to replace our single oven. We were greeted by a sales associate who told us he could help us with choosing the best new oven for all our needs. He was very knowledgeable on all the products and as we came to find out he happened to also be the store manager. We made our selection and set up delivery. Their installation team was very efficient and polite. They did an excellent job. Everything went fine until the new oven was installed and we tested it before the installer left. Error codes popped up and the oven would not heat. Initial discussions with Jeff Lynch were centered around getting a repair service out to look at it. Only problem was it was going to be close to two weeks. After a few discussions with the store manager they agreed to replace it with a new unit ASAP which made us very pleased. We are definitely looking forward to future business with Jeff Lynch when we redo the entire kitchen!! Definitely a class business.

First you could not treat people according to how much money they have. You can tell they are typical sales people. They are so much nicer the more you buy. I bought a $1200 couch and it was all messed up compared to what it was on the floor. There was a whole between the cushion and the lumbar that I could fit my hand through. The delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer. But the sales people might as well e car salesmen. No remorse that your in happy with the purchase. Walked in the store and the sales person saw me and didn’t even speak. I had to hunt someone down to help me. Just plain rude. Thank you Bob D. And his lovely supervisor Jonathan for absolutely nothing.

Bought, and had delivered, 2 new recliners for our den. We searched several stores until we found what we were looking for. Bob Dellert was probably one of the most helpful and knowledgeable sales people we have ever dealt with. There was no pressure, just a desire to assist us in any way he could and make sure we were fully satisfied. Garon and Russell delivered the chairs for us and set them up. Products have never been a problem at Jeff Lynch Appliances; been dealing with them for years. Good quality, reasonably priced. Even more impressive were the two gentlemen (Joshua and Justin) who set up my new refrigerator and took away the old one. These guys were more concerned about scratching things on the way in and out than I was. The extra space to maneuver was minimual so they took their time and went the extra mile to make certain that the installation took place according to their standards and not mine (their standards were higher than mine!). We recently bought 3 appliances from Jeff Lynch and were extremely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. Ours sales agent Jennings was very knowledgeable and helped us determine which units were best for our specific needs. The delivery guys, Justin and Joshua, for our ice machine were also very professional and courteous. They made the delivery as convenient as possible by communicating their status and expected arrival time throughout the day.One of our purchases was a washer/dryer for the upstairs. We tried using Home Depot initially and they came by twice to deliver the unit BUT once they realized it was on the second floor, they said they could not do it....it was clear they were lying and simply didn't want to do it. When the Jeff Lynch team of Dixon and another guy(can't remember the other guy's name) showed up they were well aware of the second floor install and handled it with ease. They even removed the old units from upstairs and were very careful not to damage the stairs, walls etc.We'll be using Jeff Lynch for ALL of our appliance needs moving forward. Thank you Jeff Lynch! BEST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD. Our delivery men, Tim Wooten and Bobby Burgess, provided the best delivery service we have ever experienced. They were courteous, professional, and, remarkably cheerful. They took care to prepare everything outside the house and made sure to keep both the furniture and our floors clean. Most importantly, they had to try several alternatives to get one large piece into our basement. Though it looked to us that it might be impossible, they never gave up and were determined to make it work - which it did. I just purchased a new dryer from Cas Zolotowski, the only sales person I will purchase from at Jeff Lynch. Cas has sold me a king bed, washer, recliner, refrigerator and now dryer. He is by far the most knowledgable sales member on the team and highly recommend seeing him when you visit the store. The dryer purchase was a last minute decision, I called late afternoon on Thursday and installed on Monday as promised by Garon & Russell. I bought sight unseen, never had to go to the store and was delivered exactly what Cas promised.The installers and delivery guys Garon & Russell called Monday morning told me their scheduled delivery time and delivered as promised. From appliances to furniture, Jeff Lynch has been our local favorite for many years for appliances and furniture. #shoplocal I recently renovated our bonus room and we were in desperate need of new furniture. My wife had already made a purchase (Flexsteel power recliner) for my 50th birthday in March of this year which is the most comfortable (and cool with Bluetooth controls) that we have ever had. So after the renovation we needed something to compliment that nice piece in the new room. We were pleased to find similarly styled power furniture also from Flexsteel that were also extremely comfortable. Our go-to salesman is Jennings Tanner. He is knowledgeable about everything in the store and he spends the time with you to make sure that you are comfortable with your purchase. We ended up purchasing a power sofa and matching power rocker/recliner.This past Saturday was delivery day and the JL team did not disappoint. We were contacted a couple days ahead of time to confirm the delivery date. The morning of the delivery we were contacted again and given the window when the delivery would be made. Right on schedule (despite us being their 10th delivery for the day), our driver (Tim Wooten) called and confirmed his ETA. Tim skillfully with the help of his partner (Bobby Burgess) backed the delivery truck into our wooded driveway. They were both very professional and courteous. They ably hauled the furniture up a small set of stairs to our porch and then up a larger staircase to our second floor. They skillfully assembled and tested the furniture before they doubled checked the room for any trash that they may have made during the installation.Be sure to find Jennings in the store for your purchase and request Tim W. & Bobby for your next delivery!

By far the best service we have had! We purchased a VERY large LG fridge. The guys doing installation had to take doors off fridge, doors off my house to get it inside. Our 8 year old 55" Samsung wall mounted TV in our living room died, and I needed a replacement quickly with family arriving from FL in a couple days. So that's the first place I went to look. There I met Doug Davis in the TV department. Friendly and Very knowledgeable. Doug quickly helped me understand the options and made a couple recommendations to consider. I quickly went from knowing nothing, to feeling like I could make an informed decision. I decided on a 65" Sony. Before loading it they gave it a going over at pick-up to be sure it looked and worked perfectly. My refrigerator went out while I was on vacation…. Everyone’s nightmare…. I had limited time to make a purchase and Austen was able to help me find the refrigerator that I wanted and have it installed in 24 hours. He was very honest about the choices that were on back order and the delays I might encounter with choosing something not in stock. David and Dale arrived promptly the next day with my refrigerator and had it installed within about an hour. The service was wonderful…. Now we shall see if this new GE 3000k refrigerator was worth all the hype. the LG I’m replacing was only 5 years old and I was told by the repair man that it wasn’t worth fixing. Due to Covid and long lead times, it was a tough time to do a full kitchen remodel. We ended up going with all Thermador Appliances . Just a quick note of appreciation to the staff and team at Jeff Lynch. While visiting my 89 year old Korean War veteran father-n-law, he voiced concerns about replacing his now-dead refrigerator patronizing one of the big box stores. He made the decision to buy locally. Our experience shopping at Jeff Lynch was totally different. From the knowledgeability and affability of our sales professional Keith, to the empathy of an unnamed manager who scheduled the “mercy delivery”, to the strength and ability of Daniel and Moses making the delivery, you made our shopping experience enjoyable. Our purchase was made at 11:45 and the refrigerator was installed in his home and running at 4:15. Make your own decision but I encourage you to save time and money, shop Jeff Lynch.

I just want to commend your delivery guys Winston and Brandon from Jeff Lynch. I am giving them the highest rating possible. These guys were so thorough and professional. They never touched any of my walls or furniture while putting in my appliances, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. I noticed that they actually used a measuring tape. What really got my attention was they helped and assisted me on several wasp hives from outside on my porch while bringing in the appliances. Also they helped assist me in putting in my screws on my screen door, which was already missing screws before they got here. If I ever need delivery service again I will definitely ask for Brandon or Winston. I hope this review give them a salary raise which is very much deserving. They were both professional all the way. We needed a new stove after the oven control in our 11-year old range "died" and it was going to take $500 to replace it. We preferred to put the $$ into a new one. We purchased a Frigidaire induction stove at Jeff Lynch, an easy process. Tim Wooten and Russell Chalmers came to deliver & install our new stove a couple of days later. They were very personable, showed up on time (even a little early) and did a great job. They worked hard to get it perfectly level on our apparently not totally level floor! So far we are happy with our purchase and busy learning all its features.

I purchased an LG Washer and Dryer from Bob Lee of Jeff Lynch Appliance & TV Ctr. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in our selection of the right washer/dryer combo and he also gave us the best price compared to other retailers. He scheduled delivery and installation quickly and we had our new washer and dryer delivered and installed within 2 business days. Jeff Lynch Appliance & TV Ctr has their own delivery and installer team. Winston and Brandon called ahead and arrived at the time they promised. They were very professional, careful and efficient with the installation and answered all of my questions about the appliances. Bob, Winston and Brandon definitely represent the Jeff Lynch team well. On 7-23-21 we had our new adjustable bed delivered by 2 professional and courteous young men employed by The Jeff Lunch Appliance Ctr. They were compliant with calling that morning and firming up the time for delivery we had requested. They followed up by calling us immediately when their truck broke down and informing us as to their time delay. They arrived on time and continued to be courteous and helpful. Tim and Russell delivered my table and chairs exactly on time. It was the end of their delivery day and I was the last stop. We have gone to Jeff Lynch many times over the years to purchase appliances. Everyone is extremely helpful and bends over backwards when it comes to customer service. I was especially impressed with Daniel and David who delivered our new refrigerator yesterday. They were very careful removing the old fridge and with the install, taking extra care to protect our new appliance and my house which is not an easy task. We're new to the area and so we're also new to Jeff Lynch, since they're a local business. We've purchased the lions share of our appliances and beds at Jeff Lynch. In short, they've been great!! From Austin, our sales guy, who is honest, personable, and goes to great lengths to make everything right, to the delivery guys, Cory & Bobby, who we've come to really like....not only because they do a great job but because they're just good people. The Jeff Lynch team is not like your typical big box store. They actually care about your stuff...especially the delivery guys. Unlike many stores, the delivery guys are Jeff Lynch employees, not subs that are contracted out for the delivery. With that they're responsible for damages, on-time delivery, cleanup, and overall service. The better they do on each job, the better they're incentivized. It's a win, win for everyone. It's not like if a sub delivers your stuff. If a sub damages your stuff or your home, they don't bear any responsibility...you have to take it up with the store, who may or may not make it right. Personally, if I'm paying thousands of dollars for an appliance, mattress, and/or furniture, the last thing I want is to have it damaged during the delivery.
