Ive had this range for 4 months and have really loved it... until 2 weeks ago when the oven stopped heating. The repair man came out and said the control board is out and has to order part. Very disappointed

I bought it about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted something that was easy to clean and easy for my 80-year-old father to use. He struggled with setting the oven at first. But he finally got it after I showed him a few times. I recommend it for old adults. The stove knobs are easier for him to use.

Burner caps easily discolor

I purchased this about one month ago at Lowes. The stove is very beautiful and we were excited to use it. After a week the burner cap on started to discolor and black paint started coming off. Customer service was very helpful and provided me with a new burner cap. However we heard a popping noise and the burner cap paint was destroyed again. Very strange since we just got a new one. For now we will continue to use the stove hoping it will not affect cooking.

I bought an LG from oven from Home Depot recently but I have not been able to use it because the company has discontinued the conversion kit I need and has failed to provide a way for us to get one. This has been very frustrating and none of the LG costumer service options were fruitful. Its a beautiful range stove/oven and Im sure it would work great but sadly I have no way to use it. I only need a natural gas to propane gas conversion kit.

I moved into this recently Flipped house so it had all new appliances. I thought Awesome LG is a great brand Itll be great to have new high quality appliances instead of the ancient appliances that come with apartments belong in a landfill but geez how are they so bad? The oven rack jams every single time I slide it out AND in bc of how the slide lock is designed the buttons feel like they are going to break this is only my third time using the oven. This also goes for the microwave dishwasher which is the first dishwasher Ive had to ACTUALLY wash off the labels on my shot glass collection how is the fridge so big yet designed for little shelf space with the options they give you for shelf placement in the fridge freezer

Stove looks great and like it had great potential once I have all the useable parts However all looked good and we thought oven racks were underneath the cardboard box of grates. Long story no oven racks and it never came with the propane conversion kit. Multiple calls to LG later and they gave me the wrong propane part #. Going on 4 weeks now they sent me 1 stove grate but still have Not received oven racks I had no oven for Thanksgiving had to buy the conversion kit and still no oven racks 4 weeks and cant use stove

I bought this a few weeks ago the problem I have is getting used to cleaning differently than my old range but I love how the burners cook fast I need to get used to how the pieces go back on after I clean but I will. I do wish it had a space to put my utensils while Im cooking because I do not have a counter that the range slides into . I shopped for an accessory that helps with this but found none

From the first day the display on this new oven did not work. Repair technician has been out twice. Parts were ordered the first time but not correct parts needed. They tried rebooting the mother board guess they were hoping to fix with a bandaid. Waiting for the part to come in. Dont know how many times a technician has to come out before appliance is considered a lemon

At the showroom the bottom drawer of this range did not open and close properly. I thought it was just the floor model issue. We got the range delivered and it had the same problem. I keep calling LG to get it repaired and no luck. One technician says a part is missing. Then another technician says it was damaged during delivery. I watched the entire delivery and they did nothing wrong. Im still trying to get this fixed.
