So far this is a great appliance--it's so quiet I sometimes have to make sure it is working! The ice and water feature is great, and the space in the fridge and freezer is so much more functional than our old side-by-side. Very happy with this Frigidaire so far.

So this refrigerator seems to be working well except for the ice maker, it™™s been a problem from the time I received it, couldn™™t get it to make ice and when it eventually did, it™™s very slow , the cubes are quite small so they dissolve very quickly so need to get more, and there™™s the problem I run out of ice very quickly, I must say my old GE was much better in this regard, had I known about this problem I would never have bought it, I mainly liked it because I was looking for a white fridge it seems that everyone wants silver and grey or stainless steel which I don™™t personally like, also it™™s really hard to adjust the shelves I can™™t unlock the side tabs so that™™s another problem for me!

Less than a year old and the water dispenser started to drip. Have kept up with maintenance as suggedted in manual. Replaved air and wster filters regulaly.

This was purchased 2 weeks ago and shocked at how it utilizes all the empty space. It is large & an excellent for a family of 4. The in door ice/water dispenser is excellent as it fits many of our large waterbottles! No more spilling or using a cup to refill. The ice is a tiny square/pyramid shape which is different. Wish it had an optional bottom ice maker. The freezer seems like it is missing something, besides the ice maker. something like a little shelf to hold items so they do not fall from the top shelf and perhaps a pizza section/holder. But other than that, we enjoy the new product.

So far this fridge has been a good addition to our household. The very long produce drawers accommodate lots of fruits and vegetables. We were replacing a 7-year-old fridge that suddenly quit cooling while we had company in the house. Luckily, we had a 25-year- old fridge in the garage to keep us going the 2 1/2 weeks until this new one arrived.

Have had this fridge about 2 weeks or so, really nice and spacious. We removed one of the shelves just to fit our needs. Love all the compartments on the side too. Only downfall is a couple tiny scratches in the glass hope this isn't an issue in the future

The first one arrived with a bent frame that wouldn™™t allow it to seal fully. The fridge never got cooler than 50 and the freezer never got cold enough to freeze a tray of ice cubes. The outside of it was scratched and beat up like it had been used already.The second arrived and had issues with the seal around the freezer drawer. The drawer didn™™t open and close correctly either. The deliver guys fixed it the best they could and wrote up that it had issues at delivery. I was informed by the seller that someone from Fridgidare would be contacting me since the fridge was on back order and the seller didn™™t know when they could get a replacement to me. No one has contacted me since. I am currently having to put my freezer items in a small fridge/freezer in the basement. I do not recommend this item.

Nice simple basic with water and ice dispenser nice and convenient. One warning regarding water line : The provided water line cable was said to be too short by the installer. Ended up using existing water line that apparently needs to be changed out. Recommend get required water line ahead of time matching your existing water line length.

I haven't had this long, but I really like it. I'm still working out details of where things should go inside, but there's plenty of room. And moving the ice maker into the top section frees up a LOT of space in the freezer compared to my old one. Having the ice and water on the door is great; I use that feature several times each day. As a bonus, I was able to buy it from a local appliance store rather than one of the "big box" stores.

So much beautiful light in fridge part! Seems strong. Ice and water overall good- east to switch between the two. A little messy getting crushed ice. Do really wish the water was cool though! Only three weeks now with fridge. Let me review again in a year.

This is a nice and roomy fridge. The only complaint is that it doesn™™t make enough ice and can™™t keep up with the ice we need. The ice is small and it melts a lot faster because of the size. Also, didn™™t come with the air filters for the drawers.

Great replacement for our Maytag. Only reasons for not gi icing 5 stars are alignment of doors, very difficult to work with and doesn™™t seem possible to get them exact, close but not quite. That and the plastic wrap is like other reviews very difficult to remove. Anyone have a tip on how to make it easier??

My French door on top and freezer on bottom is great! I love how much room it has and the water and ice dispenser is nice. I chose this one for it's looks and how roomy it was. The electronic screen is new to me, but works well.

I have never purchased an appliance that I can say I™™m not happy with except for this refrigerator. It doesn™™t make enough ice at all. I have tried not to open the refrigerator to keep it cold. I was even gone over the weekend and when I got home there was maybe a 1/4 full. Other than that (which is a big issue) I™™m happy with it. I hope you. An give me some advice as to how to fix this problem.

I purchased a new refrigerator in the month of September 11, 2022. I was expecting company for thanksgiving. It arrived a week later. It gave me more space than I ever had. I was happy. A week before Thanksgiving my refrigerator broke down. It wouldn™™t stop beeping. Plus, I had to pack all my groceries on ice. I went to Home Depot for help. They informed me there wasn™™t much they could do because it was now under warranty. I spoke to a customer service rep. at Frigidaire. I got an appointment for a repair after thanksgiving. Needless to say Thanksgiving was ruined, along with much of my groceries. I was informed by the repair rep. that it needed a compressor and they had none in stock. They™™d call me when one came in. So that delayed it for another week. I waited a week and I never heard from anyone. I called to check on the status of the service. I was told that they had no idea of what was going on. After many calls, it was discovered that the service company (Frigidaire) had used never informed them that a new compressor was needed. Frigidaire sent the part to my house. 3 more days passed. Now we are three weeks closing in on Christmas, a time when my family of six comes to stay for a week. Once the compressor arrived a repair person came and Christmas was saved. The refrigerator was working. Though it sounded more like an airplane engine afterwards. Loud and persistent. In July I woke up to the refrigerator beeping and a large puddle of water all over the kitchen floor. It was completely dead. This time the deal was that the refrigerator shut itself down and they needed to change some computer parts. I lost more groceries. I was informed by the repair rep that the compressor was never changed, but that Freon was added. I think I still have the compressor in storage. I™™m afraid to look and see, because I™™ll be really livid then. The repair person gave me her number and asked me to text or call her with the status. It broke again three days later. I called her. Her response baffled me. I asked her how soon could she get here. She said I needed to put in another service call through Frigidaire. I was given a date of repair 7 days from the day I called. No rush. Today the same repair person came. She couldn™™t look me in the eye. I asked her why was I not being given another unit since this one was not even a year old. She said it was not up to her. Which is confusing, since the Frigidaire customer service reps informed me that it was up to the repair person that make that decision. I informed her of this. Her answer baffled me. Again. She said the customer service reps are using that as a way to placate the clients, but that it isn™™t true. The unit broke down again tonight, July 27th, the beeping won™™t stop. Less than 24 hours since the repair person was here. I™™ll wake up to make a call for Frigidaire to give me another service call appointment. Possibly a week from tomorrow.

I'm really enjoying my new fridge. I can open the waist level doors and see everything !The freezer space is very convenient when I bring in my groceries. The pizzas are in a good place on end. The ice maker is wonderful! And I live that it churns out 5 lbs overnight. The outside of my fridge wipes up easily too.

I love my Frigidaire. I can store 6 to 7 tall items which I could never do in my old refrigerator. The freezer is roomy and easy to find frozen items. Ice maker and water dispenser is sufficient for all our needs. Preset freezer and refrigerator temps are ideal.Ice cream is frozen but not like a brick and items in the refrigerator are perfectly cold.

Going from a 2002 Kenmore side by side to this refrigerator has been night and day, the bottom freezer drawer has so much more room than the side by side which used at least 25% of its space for the ice maker alone, with narrow baskets which didn™™t hold half of what this does. the upper area has a great slide out for deli products and many adjustable shelves so you can customize for personal needs, the compact ice and water dispenser is awesome, with an already whole house filter system, I know out water from the fridge is as good or better than bottled water so no more plastic bottles purchased here.

Love the unit, but it broke after 7 months and I can't even get service for 6 days!!! Also no coverage for the approximately $400 loss in food. No reimbursement!I am diabetic with 2 types of insulin so I'm trying to save it using ice coolers. Not fun.

We bought this fridge because it was almost $1,000 last than the other ones available. We also needed white and there was limited availability in white. The only thing it doesn't have that are old fridge had was the sliding meat door on the outside of the fridge instead of the inside of the fridge, that was really handy to have but we're getting used to it the other way. We love the ice maker and the configuration of the freezer, it's very convenient and roomy.

Everything works fine, love having water and ice in door. Happy to find a white refrigerator, keep making white appliances. My problem is the left door squeaks very loudly and I have to push on to close securely. A piece was missing on the bottom left side, which the dealer supposedly ordered. I™™m hoping that will fix the door issue.
